Our Values

Why work for ENA?

Enabling

We believe in enabling our clients to achieve a high level of independence by providing high-quality, person-centred care, and using the ‘mum’ test in everything we do.

Nurturing

We ensure everyone’s needs are fostered by applying good listening skills, a caring nature and showing compassion and empathy for every one of our clients.

Aspiring

We always aspire to greater things, by listening to feedback and using the things we learn to build on our services.

Our workplace and culture

A live-in care job is not your typical 9 to 5 role – it requires a special kind of person who always has the interests of others at heart. You have the opportunity to get to know your client on a personal level, spending weeks at a time caring for them in their home, which is one of the things that can make live-in care so rewarding.

Being a carer for ENA is a demanding but also highly-rewarding career. Without live-in carers, people who wish to live independently, or people who need specialist assistance, would be unable to.

We consider our staff to be ‘care champions’ who promote dignity in care at all times, and we are really proud of all our ENA carers. They are the very heart of our company and we would be nowhere today without them. It is a career where no two days are ever the same and will introduce you to interesting and inspirational individuals. It is also highly flexible around your life and commitments.

If you are caring, empathetic, respectful, dedicated & committed, we would love to hear from you.

If you are new to care or have very little experience, you would be placed with a lesser needs client. This means you would be paid towards the lower end of the scale.

If you have more experience and skills that would be beneficial to a higher or complex needs client, you would be paid towards the higher end of the scale.

Your pay rate will be agreed with you by your case manager before each placement.
